Support at Home
Empowering Independence
Support care at home and skill development are essential for promoting independence and improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. These services enable individuals to receive necessary assistance while maintaining their autonomy and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Daily Living & Personal Assistance
Assisting with or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the client to live as autonomously as possible.
The supports are provided individually to participants and includes assisting a participant to undertake or develop skills to maintain their home environment.
Depending on the individual’s needs and goals, this may include assistance with personal care activities like:
- grooming
- dressing and bathing
- household tasks
- managing finances
- maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
- attending appointments.

Household tasks
Wings of Support services provide the best of care when it comes to important services such as help with household tasks. Which may include, but not limited to.
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Changing bed linen
- Vacuuming and washing floors
- Dusting
- Meal preparation

Life Skill Development
The NDIS provides funding for anything reasonable and necessary in support of independent living as a person living with a disability.
We can help you develop skills that help you live independently in your home and out in your community.
This may include things such as a morning routine, cooking meals, making friends and finding a job.

We want you to get out and about and develop the skills to be part of your community and enjoy life.

Community nursing
At Wings of Support, we provide high quality care to our participants and their families in both home and community settings.

Aged Care with Trilogy Care
Wings of Support and Trilogy Care have partnered to ensure you have access to high-quality home care services via your Home Care Package.

Support Coordination
As a support coordinator we will oversee the implementation of NDIS participant care plans.
