Support at home

Your home, your support, your way.

Everyone needs a bit of help sometimes. Our support workers come to your home and help you with the things that are hard to do on your own. That might be getting dressed in the morning, cooking meals, keeping the house clean, or getting to appointments. We also help with things like yard work and making sure your home is safe and comfortable.

You are in charge. You tell us what you need help with and when. We work around your life, not the other way around. Whatever your goals are, we are here to help you get there.

Support at home can help with things like

Daily Living and Personal Support

We help you with the everyday things that can be hard to do on your own. Getting dressed, showering, grooming, and moving around safely at home. Our support workers are respectful and work at your pace, so you feel comfortable and in control.

Household Cleaning & Domestic Assistance

We help keep your home clean, tidy, and safe to live in. That includes vacuuming, mopping, laundry, washing dishes, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. We can also help with cooking meals and making sure your food is stored properly.

Gardening & Yard Maintenance Support

We help keep the outside of your home safe and tidy. Mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, clearing rubbish, and general yard upkeep. A clean yard makes your home a nicer and safer place to be.

Appointment and Transport Support

Getting to appointments can be hard, especially if you live far from town. We help you get there safely and on time, whether it is a doctor, a therapy session, or something important in your community. You should never have to miss an appointment because you have no way to get there.
